Ron, great set of recollections and reflections! And, you're so right...it's like watching a movie between your hands webbed in front of your eyes--go back! don't do it! So, you-all were waiting to get to Altamont...I read somewhere else you-all had scoped out Altamont the night before. What a huge, historic set of moments that was. Thanks for sharing the tales!

A very good read and an eye opener as I had overlooked at how intimately Ron had been involved with the Stones. Would love to sit down with him sometime and pick his memory on several subjects. Godd job Ron and how do I get that book so I can read it on a tablet?

Thank you for taking the time to write these stories. I read @keithrichards boones.k and have become really interested in the history of the stones. I loved the songs but knew nothing about the personalities. I read about yourself, Gram Parsons, @Bobbykeys, etc... Thanks to youtube there is an enormous amount of documentation and videos of these great musicians referred to in the book. I feel as though I have discovered a hidden treasure. I am so delighted to know that Keith is such a nice guy!! I think he is somewhat shy and that is endearing.
I just found your page yesterday so I will be enjoying your recollections. Cheers and thanks! Cheryl
